Rezistenţa la schimbare / Resistance to change

Atunci când încerci să îţi dobori limitele, creezi tulburare nu doar în Universul tău, ci şi în al celorlalţi. De aceea, ceilalţi îţi vor spune că nu poţi să o faci, că greşeşti.

Oamenii s-au obişnuit să relaţioneze cu un anumit tip de persoană, pe care tu o reprezinţi. Schimbarea ta implică un risc pentru ei, de aceea vor insista să te îndepărteze de la a-ţi depăşi propriile limite.

Când dai atenţie ideii că eşti oprit din drum, abia atunci eşti oprit. În rest, totul se întamplă pe repede-înainte. Lumea nu îţi poate opri drumul spre succes, însă tu o poţi face.

Deşi probabil mulţi vor putea aduce dovezi că sunt imposibile ideile tale revoluţionare, sunt oameni ca mine, ca tine, care pur şi simplu nu le vom accepta aceste dovezi. Oameni ca noi merg mai departe, hotărâţi cu adevărat să îşi împlinească scopul!

Poţi capitula pus în faţa ideii că îţi lipsesc resursele, că nu ştii sigur cum vei putea face, sau poţi alege să nu fi de acord cu nici un scenariu preconceput care îţi spune că nu poţi reuşi. Da, poţi fi ferm, neînduplecat, şi vei replica: „Te înşeli, îţi voi demonstra!”

Nimeni nu deţine toate răspunsurile! Atunci, de ce ai avea încredere în răspunsurile celorlalţi, cum că nu poţi reuşi? Că au mai încercat şi alţii… şi s-au pierdut pe drum…

Desigur, poţi alege modele din jur. Cele mai multe vor fi despre oameni care au renunţat la visele lor. Dar mai sunt câţiva care nu au renunţat, care şi-au urmat cu tenacitate ţelul, şi apoi, după mult efort, au reuşit. Unii dintre ei chiar au schimbat lumea!

Nu te îngrijora cât mai ai până la destinaţie! În loc să eviţi obstacolele, iubeşte-le, ele sunt cheia ta spre creştere! Continuă, concentrat şi hotărât! Este firesc ca pe drum uneori să te simţi descurajat. Dar nu e în regulă să te opreşti! Să ştii că într-o zi te vei uita în urmă sau într-o oglindă şi vei exclama „Uau!” Repetă: „Nu aştept nimic şi accept totul!”

When you try to push your limits, you create turmoil not only in your own universe, but in that of others. That's why others will tell you that you can't do it, that you're wrong.

People have become accustomed to relating to a certain type of person, whom you represent. Your change involves a risk to them, so they will insist on keeping you from going beyond your own limits.

When you pay attention to the idea that you are stopped, only then are you stopped. Otherwise, everything happens quickly. The world can't stop you from succeeding, but you can do it.

Although many will probably be able to prove that your revolutionary ideas are impossible, there are people like me, like you, who simply will not accept this evidence. People like us are moving forward, truly determined to fulfill their purpose!

You may capitulate to the idea that you lack resources, that you are not sure how to do it, or that you may choose not to agree with any preconceived scenario that tells you that you cannot succeed. Yes, you can be firm, unyielding, and you will reply, "You are wrong, I will prove it to you!"

Nobody has all the answers! Then why would you trust the answers of others, how can you not succeed? That others have tried… and got lost along the way…

Of course, you can choose models from around. Most will be about people who have given up on their dreams. But there are a few who did not give up, who tenaciously followed their goal, and then, after much effort, succeeded. Some of them have even changed the world!

Don't worry about getting to your destination! Instead of avoiding obstacles, love them, they are the key to growth! Go on, focused and determined! It's natural to feel discouraged on the road sometimes. But it's not okay to stop! Know that one day you will look back or in a mirror and exclaim "Wow!" Repeat: "I don't expect anything and I accept everything!"
